About the Client:

• Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Service Administrator based around the Oldham area to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Assess returned jobs on Alarm Master and generate revisits where required.
• Request uplifts on return jobs where required.
• Raise purchase orders for goods required for jobs (Once uplifts agreed for contracts which require additional funding)
• Raise purchase orders for van stock replenishments.
• Assist with invoice queries.
• Provide limited holiday cover to the Service Coordinator / Call Planner.
• Check portals are updated by engineers, updating where necessary.
• Load certificates to portals where applicable.
• Record POD’s in the POD log.
• Receive incoming alarm activations and react in accordance with NSI guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to the customer.
• Comply with any other reasonable management instructions or ad-hoc duties.
